Entering Fractions

Example:

To enter a fraction into the TI84 Plus calculator, we select the fraction template menu by pressing

Then press ENTER to select 1: n/d which gives us a template for a fraction with the numerator and denominator.

Now we can enter a fraction, numerator first, then arrow down to enter the denominator.  For example, we will enter the fraction two-thirds:
